These terms govern the use of Repartamos, the platform for producers of aguas frescas, juices and purified water. By creating your account and your business you accept these terms and the Privacy Notice. For any question write to privacidad@repartamos.com.

1. Subscription per business

Repartamos is a subscription per business (organization), not per user. Prices are in Mexican pesos with VAT (IVA) included:

  • Basic: $499 MXN per month or $4,990 MXN per year.
  • Pro: $999 MXN per month or $9,990 MXN per year.

2. Trial and billing

To start you register a valid card and choose a plan and a billing period (monthly or yearly). You get a 14-day trial; the automatic charge happens when day 14 ends and then at the start of each period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Past due, grace period and blocking

  • If a charge fails, the subscription becomes past due and you get a 7-day grace period with full access and a visible notice on the web.
  • If the payment is still pending when the grace period ends, or if the subscription is canceled or unpaid, the business is blocked except for Billing, where you can settle the payment.
  • While the business is blocked, sales already captured on the phones are accepted when they sync so no information is lost, and no new delivery runs are generated.

4. Plan limits

  • Basic: up to 2 active routes and up to 3 users (members plus pending invitations). Includes production, warehouse, sales, collections, settlement, the mobile app and daily reports.
  • Pro: unlimited routes and users; adds advanced reports (margin per product, route profitability and trends) and CSV export.
  • Reaching a limit shows a message with the option to upgrade to Pro. If you downgrade to Basic with more routes or users than allowed, nothing is deleted: creating new routes and users is blocked until you archive what is needed.

5. Data processing on behalf of the business

You capture the data of your business's customers (name, phone, WhatsApp, address, coordinates, balance and delivery photos). For that data:

  • Your business is the data controller and Repartamos acts as processor.
  • Repartamos processes that data only on behalf of your business, to provide the service and following your instructions, and does not use it for its own purposes.
  • Repartamos applies the security measures described in the Privacy Notice and only shares the data with the providers listed there.
  • If a customer of your business exercises ARCO rights with Repartamos, we forward the request to your business within 5 business days at most.
  • When you delete your organization, its data is deleted within the periods of the Privacy Notice.

6. Plan changes and cancellation

You can change your plan, billing period or card, or cancel your subscription, from Billing, without waiting for support. Once the subscription is canceled, the business is blocked except for Billing; your data is not deleted while the organization exists.
