App 1.4.3

New

Only what your business uses

If you don’t handle returnable containers, you no longer see container screens. And on the route, pending stops always come first.

  • Improved

Container tabs and cards appear only when a presentation uses a returnable container or a customer holds some.

  • Improved

On the route of the day, visited and skipped stops drop to the bottom; the next pending stop is always on top.

  • Improved

The card terminal is assigned to the driver, not the vehicle. If you had one assigned, assign it again under Settings → Card payments.

App 1.4.0

Take card payments on the route and at the counter

Connect your Mercado Pago account, assign your Point terminals and charge cards at every stop or at the counter. Everything lands in the settlement and the reports.

  • New

Card payments on route sales and collections from the driver app, and at the counter and in collections on the web, with Mercado Pago Point terminals.

  • New

If the app closes or loses signal mid-charge, you pick it up from “Pending card charges” when you’re back. Voiding a card sale refunds the customer.

  • New

The settlement shows the card total and tips, and the card payments report lets you match every charge against Mercado Pago.

App 1.3.0

Route expenses and cash float

Fuel, tolls, meals, parking or repairs: the driver records them with a photo of the receipt and the settlement deducts them from the expected cash.

  • New

The driver captures each expense in the app with a photo of the receipt, even without signal; the office can attach the PDF or XML invoice on the web.

  • New

Cash float: the office records the cash handed to each vehicle before it leaves and the driver confirms it when starting the route.

  • New

In the settlement you approve or reject each expense with a reason; only approved ones reduce the expected cash. Expenses report by route, driver, category and status.

App 1.2.0

See your vehicles on the map, live

While a driver has a route in progress and the app open, the office sees where each vehicle is and how long ago it passed its last stop.

  • New

A live map of today’s routes with each driver’s position; if the signal has gone quiet, the map says so.

  • New

Location is shared only with a route in progress and the app open, never outside delivery hours. It’s kept for 7 days.

  • Improved

Route and customer maps now use Google Maps, with free zoom and automatic framing of the stops.

App 1.1.0

Deliver by order and reserved stock

What’s meant for an order can no longer be sold to another customer, the driver sees their load without signal and the office loads with a margin for extras.

  • New

Deliver an order from the stop in the app, with partial deliveries shown as such on the web.

  • New

A “My load” screen in the app: what you carry, what is reserved for orders and what is free to sell, even without signal.

  • New

Load margin in Settings: the suggested load adds a percentage on top of the day’s orders for extra sales, never above what the warehouse holds.
